Living Room

Features include a working fireplace, and a large "smart" television. 

Dining Room

Features include a working fireplace, a work station with a wireless printer and a large dining table.

The Kitchen

Featuring a coffee station, and the usual kitchen appliances... Refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, etc. Stocked with all of the necessities... china, glassware, stemware, pots, pans, crockpots, silverware, etc. Everything that anyone would need.                                                        

Bath and Laundry

The downstairs bathroom features a modern shower with fans, LED lights, a built-in radio, and four shower outlet points. The upstairs bathroom features a relaxing whirlpool bathtub. The laundry room has the washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board. It also has an extra set of bunk beds," just in case".

Front Porch

Features tables, chairs and a view of the Watauga River, which is across the street.

Patio

Features a large table with chairs, and two grills, one for charcoal, and one propane. The fire pit is in this area as well.
