All of our rooms have access to free WiFi, and include cable television, heating and air conditioning. All rooms also have extra pillows, blankets/bedding, and laundry baskets for your convenience.

Breakfast is available for an additional fee, generally $5.00 per person. This price is negotiable for large groups, and extended stays.

Parking is always free.

There is a laundry facility available for the use of guests, and there is a dry cleaner only minutes away.

All guests have access to all areas of the house, excluding rooms occupied by other guests, and of course the host's private room. Accessible areas include both bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), the kitchen, dining and living rooms, the front porch, the patio (including the grills), and all outdoor areas, including the fire pit.

Guest Room #1

This room has one double bed, and is available from $85.00/night.

Guest room #1 is the only room that is downstairs, and the only guest room where smoking is allowed. It is right next to the downstairs bathroom and adjacent to the living room. It features a double bed, free Wi-Fi and cable television. This room also has a VCR/DVD combo.

Guest Room #2

This room has one double bed, one baby crib, and is available from $85.00/night

Guest Room #2 is a non-smoking room, located next to the upstairs bathroom and features a double bed, a baby crib, free cable television and Wi-Fi. This room also has a mini fridge and a microwave.

Guest Room #3

This room has one queen bed, one futon, and is available from $75.00/night

Guest room #3 is a non-smoking room with a queen sized bed and a futon. It features free Wi-Fi and a small cable television, as well as a workspace. It is off from room #4 and can be rented on its own or with room #4 at a discount price. If room #3 is rented by itself guests still have use of the mini-fridge and microwave located in room #4, as well as the larger television with the smart Blu-ray/DVD player.

Guest Room #3&4

This area has one queen bed, one futon, three sets of bunk beds, and is available from $115.00/night

Guest Rooms #3 and #4 together. These are adjoining rooms and ideal for large groups, especially with children. Together these rooms contain 1 queen sized bed, one futon and 3 sets of bunk beds, plus a workspace, a mini fridge, microwave, 2 cable televisions, a smart DVD/Blu-Ray player with Netflix access and free Wi-Fi.

"Entire House"

This area has one queen bed, two double beds, one crib, one futon, four sets of bunk beds, and is available from $275.00/night

You can rent the entire house with access to everything (except for the host's private room).
